Abstract. The article deals with methods of conflict figurative representation as the
basis of dramatic art in relation to screen arts on examples of its use in television programs of different genres. First of all, such genre as "talk show"is analyzed. Its example demonstrates the features of representing the conflict in the modern media space. The author pays special attention to psychological and cultural aspects of visual phenomena perception.
