COMMUNICATIVE FEATURES OF THE REPORTAGE GENRE (BASED ON MARINA AKHMEDOVA’S REPORTS)

Abstract. The article considers the genre specifics of the reportage, its pictoria possibilities. The features of event and thematic reporting, compositional techniques that
contribute to the creation of the presence effect are characterized. Emphasis is placed on the role of the author of the report as a carrier of a certain worldview, implementing various intentions in the text. Based on the material of Marina Akhmedova's reports, the linguistic
possibilities of reportage narration are analyzed.
